🏡 A Journey of Triumph and Homeownership. 🎉 Honoring the incredible 5-year journey of a 68-year-old veteran who refused to give up on his homeownership dreams. After being let down by two different real estate agents and two different lenders (that were far from a VA expert and specialists). Who completely failed to truly understand his needs. Overlooked all his veteran benefits and had no knowledge of grant programs. Tried to upsell him multiple times, and even ghosted him! 👻 We found his dream home. ✨
The frustration was real, BUT so was his determination. 💪 On June 24th his sister found me on LinkedIn and passed my information to him suggesting that he speak with a local VA expert. Finally, he reached out. Together, we embarked on a mission to find his perfect home that four others could not. On August 4th, this veteran finally stepped into his role as a homeowner for the first time in his life. 🏡 The immense closing costs negotiated and Federal grant programs used, were a testament to the power of persistence and having the right team of local VA experts by your side. 🌟
